Most visited LR/NLR Restaurants

Did anyone catch this in the DemGaz Sunday? I was quite surprised that Chick-Fil-A was, essentially, the most popular eatery in town (based on sales tax collections).

It's sad, but not altogether surprising that Golden Corral heads the list in North Little Rock. If there's a better representative of the Wal-Mart of restaurants, I can't name it.

It is interesting In Conway Chick-Fil-A also holds the number one spot. Golden Corral took over when it opened but only held the spot for a few months. My wife and I were eating at Cheddar's on Saturday and we were talking about why it was so busy. The reason we came up with might apply to the LR Chick-Fil-A on Markham. There is nothing else in the area. I'm surprise that Friday's or Chili's haven't picked out a spot at Park Avenue.
