They should add a couple ..

Don't let lobbyists who benefit from city decisions be allowed to comment on the mayor or council member's ideas on public access TV. If by law they can't by them a cup of coffee they should not be on TV at taxpayer expense saying the Mayor is brilliant for his ideas. It's payback in a different form to influence voters.

The first two decisions would have saved them a million bucks last year on the unbuilt hotel. They should add to the second decision. No city-employee should be allowed to earn income from any third-party doing business with the city..in particular they should have to disclose any possible conflicts of interest just as everyone else does. I forget the name of the guys locating a juvenile facility approved by city employees who also worked for the partnership. Only a couple hundred grand lost.
