New Detroit Only Forum

Neo from the ruins site decided to create his own detroit specific forum running on similar software to this one

I don't think he's trying to compete with the ruins forum or this one for that matter....but at least this one allows for a detroit only issues forum (if one desires) without some of the drawback of the ruins i.e. overly bitter people starting arguments and such
