The developer behind the Radius project has now been given the go-ahead for a new condo project in downtown Hollywood. The building will be a 15 story, mixed use development with 105 residential units, 7000 sf. of retail space, and parking garage. The city of Hollywood will acquire the land via eminent domain, currently a parking lot for an adjacent Bank of America.

Eminent domain was also used earlier last month to acquire the property for the Young Circle Commons, a complex to be built on the site of the Great Southern Hotel.
