Get out your money, some of Detroit's known buildings I have found for sale. Oddly enough they are overpriced,

I dont really know much about Detroit. Are these buildings in bad parts of town or are they about to fall down? Beucase If I were to see these buildings and these prices in places that I am familiar with, mainly the south east I would think they were a steal.

$950,000 in 1999?! Wow, the price shot up quick. I'd think that it would sell for $1.0-1.5 million today, but not much more. Supposedly most of the floors in there are occupied, but the building is certainly showing its age.

The area around Harbor Light is slowly improving. Hopefully once the Garrison Company starts work on the Eddystone redevelopment will pick up a bit.

BTW, welcome to the forum, Russix!
