The Lucerne, Lake Worth

The Lucerne is a 6-story, 80-unit residential building currently under construction along Lake Avenue in downtown Lake Worth. Among the tenants moving in to the building's ground floor retail space: Starbucks. City officials gleem with hope that this is the coming of age for the city. An urban Publix is in the works for the area as well.
