I was reminiscing with a old friend I met from this site, and I remembered I started off doing renderings for this site on pen and paper, and ms paint. It’s been a long 15 years posting on this site.

Hey, UP:
How does one find out the identity/contact of the person or entity that just closed on a property purchase?

I know rezoning petitions will have actual forms with email addresses on them. Anything similar for basic lot purchases? I know Polaris will often take time to update records. I'm trying to contact a new neighboring property owner.

^ If its not in Polaris yet I believe a trip to the registrars office is the only option. Hope to be proven wrong however.

Yeah if you know a paralegal that works in real estate you can find it almost immediately.
