I believe so, but it has been 3 or 4 years since I've read about their plans and who was involved.

I think the groups could do a lot better with cooridination. Sometimes it seems as though some groups are in the dark on things until an article is published in the Journal. Luckily, the direction in which these groups want downtown to go in are similar enough where their pet projects haven't clashed yet.
