See all the open, tree-dotted space? One would think the developers and the city would at least have the humanity to make it open to the public- but no, I got asked to leave this Radiant City microcosm. Places like this are the bane of the common folk and can only fan the flames of the next peasantry uprising. Oh, and I DON'T CARE if Loose Park is right across the street!

Awesome tour! The ice covered trees look really beautiful, but I'm sure that the ice caused a lot of problems with downed power lines and trees falling on buildings.
