This appears to be correct. Looks like they are pushing back the Solaire a bit and moving Tradiition Towers up a little on the timeline. Hopefully see something on the Solaire early in March.

I called up the phone number on the letter I had from them, and asked for more details. The only info they gave me was that there wasn't any more info except that the sales office would be open next month.

I just got it too. I guess it's going to be another few weeks before the sales office opens. The plans look great and, of course, the features of the condos. They sound awesome!

The Solaire will front Magnolia at NW corner of Church. It will be 335 feet tall and will be 20 residential stories on top of 10-11 parking stories.

Does anyone have any idea how much the deposits will be for the condos? Or even the prices? I know that they are going to start in the $160's, but maybe someone has found out something else...

I have been on the solaire registration list for a few weeks now, but haven't received any emails from them. Will there be a lotto system to determine who gets the first pick? Or is it first come first serve?

I called two people listed from Coldwell Banker mortgage from the email we received. Neither of them returned my call. I found that very interesting.

I emailed the sales team to let them know.
