:thumbsup: Nice shot of the peak with snow! :D Tropical snow isn't really that uncommon, look at Africa's Mt. Kilomanjaro; it's 5800m tall and it has permanent snow and glaciers all year long. There's also two other areas that harbor glaciers in Africa, Mt. Kenya, and the Ruwenzori Mountains in Uganda. There's a 5030m tall peak in Irian Jaya in Indonesia that has glaciers; the all countries that have the Andes mountains in them in South America have glaciers and/or year round snow, in fact, Mt. Cayambe in Ecuador has a plethora of glaciers just to the north of the equator! :w00t: The Himalayas, though farther away from the equator, are another example of tropical glaciers.
