Lots of greenery, great cars, yellow taxis (very Melbourne & very N.Y.C. - we don't have yellow cabs in Sydney; every colour except yellow by the mulitude of taxi companies that we have in Sydney), a modern tram, modern scrapers already built or under construction, Victorian, Georgian 'n other classic architecture and tacky store/restaurant signs.

I guess that was meant by the low-rise shopping mall towards the left in the pic - the scrapers though in the background of the Melbourne CBD and those on Southbank in the foreground across the Yarra River are looking fab....
