A Beautiful Day in Thornton Park

Well, I decided to get out on my last day in Orlando before going back to the frigid North. These aren't the best pics, because I have an ancient digital camera, and the battery died so there aren't that many, but I figured I'd post them anyway.

What building is that you have pictured (recently demolished)? I don't recognize it, but I'm not a "regular" here (yet)

It's on Eola Drive, East side of lake next to Panera Bread. They want to put a highrise but it's zoned for 55' max. I for one and there are others, don't want the limit changed.
