This week's Business Journal stated that Block Realtors is interested in buying a site that held the old Trinity Lutheran Hospital. This site is near the proposed Federal Reserve relocation site, it will be less than 1 block from the KCTV5 Tower (1042ft).

It said that they want to build residential towers (plural) at this site, all 20 floors or over.
