Frigid Toronto 2 : Cityplace

I happened to be in Toronto on the weekend of January 23rd and decided to take advantage of the clear blue skies. However, these days are often the coldest in the winter, as the high pressure brings in cold arctic air.

Cityplace is a large urban redevelopment project spearheaded by Hong Kong investors that did a similar project in Vancouver. Many residential towers will be built in this long-term plan.

Great Toronto tours! When is the cityplace project supposed to be complete?

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Concord CityPlace is the largest residential development in Toronto's history. The CAD$1.5 billion project is located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Over the next decade, the 45-acre site will be transformed into 20 towers with 7500 condominium residences.

The developer, Concord Adex, also redeveloped the former Expo 86 site in Vancouver.
