Greenpeace activists get 2 1/2 months.

This is from last summer's Greenpeace climb up 700 feet of coal burning smokestack just south of Pittsburgh along the "steelvalley". The Greenpeace protesters plead out for reduced sentences of 1 week each while one got a month behind bars . . . the original charges could have meant up to 7 years each. Interesting though that Police, while on the scene the whole day, did nothing to stop the protest 700 feet in the air over a "secure" Allegheny Energy Coal Plant.

Have to admit I kind of enjoyed them "sticking it to the man" the coal plant is a blemish at the southern end of a cleaned up Steel Valley.
