Having worked in the Brass Works Building for a year and a half and looking at this building every day, it has great potential. I think it was originally a car dealership (probably built in the 20's). It has really high ceilings and would make a really great restaurant/bar complex.

Since Blue Bridge purchased two buildings close to each other in just three months, do they have some major project in the works?

Hopefully they'll buy property from that slimeball Joseph Moch and make good on the plans for high-rise residential in the area. It amazes me, the need is there, why hasn't anybody jumped on it? Joseph Moch has failed in four different development proposals, but I think he was onto something with the North Monroe district. Hopefully someone will pick up the slack!
