Condos near Campus

I noticed one of the devopments for the Columbia area was a GameDay condominium. These seem to becoming a standard in Southern College towns, I know there are ones proposed or U/C in both Clemson SC and Athens GA. I often work in Clemson and they are currently in a building boom. There are at least 6 midrise Condo projects in the makings for Downtown Clemson, not to mention an additional 2 that were just finished. It seems like everyday they are throwing up another sign proposing a new Tale-Gating condo. I wonder just how many people actually LIVE in these places.
