Denver's convention center hotel

The tallest tower at 38 stories and 489 ft, Denver's new Hyatt convention center hotel will be the tallest hotel between Kansas City and Las Vegas. Heres the rendering of the two towered hotel (the south tower will be 26 stories at around 316 ft):

Have they started construction yet?

Yes they started construction back in early June and now their working on the underground parking garage (it will also have a light rail station right nearby at the convention center) and foundation. Its suppost to be fully completed sometime around May 2005.

Nice looking building. Denver needs new buildings and this one will be a good addition to the skyline.
