Southgate: $2.625 million

Taylor: $500,000

Dearborn Heights: $325,000

Ecorse: $195,000

How does this involve Detroit? It is isn't one the eight cities paying and this rest the money is coming from the county?? So how the hell is this typical Detroit?

I still fail to see how any of this is typical about Detroit. Maybe my severe sleep deprivation is causing me to miss something blatantly obvious?
