This is a very beautiful neighborhood. Its been one of my favorite neighborhoods in detroit for quite some time now. Excellent tour.

Cool tour. I didn't know there was so much infill going into the neighborhood. Most of the houses that don't look so great seem as if they only need to be power washed and repainted.

The infill actually looks nice too!

Some of the infill leaves a little to be desired, but most of it is very nice. If they could increase the vitality of Michigan Avenue through Corktown the neighborhood would really thrive. Slowly but surely the buildings on Michigan are being redeveloped, so I am hopeful that the whole area will be thriving in the future. If only the redevelopments would spread north of Michigan....
