I’m still confused about this....is the parking deck in the middle just like The Ellis or is it fully on the first couple floors then the apartments on top.

the above photo is the Northwood Ravin apartment tower on West Trade.

as for the Ellis on N College street is a 33 story high rise, separate mid block parking garage wrapped with 6 stories of wood frame apartments.

Huh?? Lol I know what this project is, I’m asking where is the parking placed on this building. Is it a garage in the middle and wrapped like the Ellis or is it the full bottom floors then the apartments are on top. I’m talking about the lower portion of the apartments not the tower part.

Oh sorry the apartment garage is separate from what I remember.

Oh... so you mean to tell me they’re putting a huge visible deck on Graham St. with no apartments on the front face of them? Wow they could have put that on the back.

I think there will be apartments fronting graham there. Deck won't be facing Graham Directly

I’m nervous and excited for the retail. The corner restaurant space is quite large. I know breweries are played out now, but it would be great to get something like the Suffolk Punch in uptown. So I don’t have to go down to SE for Sunday funday.
