It looks like they may have used this map which includes the Attleboros, Fall River, and maybe some other chunks of SE Mass. Anyone know the historic significance of this variant map? Strange.

Providence Metro....as you know, ecomomic dynamics are mainly a function of metropolitan areas; not states ro state boundries. Although, in this case the the legal and consitutional power of the state is without question the key to take advantage of the metro's economic power.

That makes sense. Thanks. Still an odd choice of a map that shows Seekonk, Swansea, etc. when the message is "Keep It in RI."

That map pisses me off so much. Dipsh*ts don't even know where they want to keep, whatever it is they are trying to sell me that they are trying to keep.

A new one (sorry for posting what is essentially Spam but I think the insanity of the situation only becomes clear when you read the whole thing)

This casino fight is lame as hell.

Sorry, but even pre-Katrina, I would not want to look to Louisiana as a model for economic developement, ESPECIALLY not in urban areas.

The ProJo's got an online poll that asks how you will vote on the casino.

Great news - I just voted against the casino; and with almost 23,000 votes on that online poll the referendum is failing with 62% voting no! :yahoo:

I'd like to see another poll if there any out there. Brown U perhaps?

I have a feeling the only way this would pass is if people throw sympathy at the indians, and talk how lincoln father screwed them earlier by taking away their rights to do what they want on their land, because besides that I feel they have no way to win besides the pity vote.
