I explored the tower the other day and it is definately dirty. Too many years without a good cleaing. The structure looked fine. I remember something falling off it a couple years back but by looking at it I didn't see that as something other than maybe an isolated problem. The facade is dirty, but it is a white building and the humidity and pollutants have taken a toll. It's a good tower, I'm sure they'll fix what ails her.

The Snodgrass Tower is a masterpiece. I wish the state would stop buying downtown buildings because they ruin most of them. Look at the 21 story Parkway Towers. It is almost in ruin! Thank god it was recently purchased for 11 million dollars. Maybe it will be improved.
