the new tallest in Savannah is a 17 story  high rise dormitory 1 block outside the historical district right by the bridge.   This looks very tall even next to the bridge and will have rooftop event space for SCAD.

SCAD's new 17 story dormitory high rise is open along the river right by the bridge.  Plus the expanded convention center is looking good and the parking garage is up.  Plus new apartments on Hutchinson Island too.  The new apartments on Indian Street area beyond Plant Riverside are great looking.
