There not blocking, at the same time you were looking at it, the site was being updated. and doormanpoet, i am a CNT here at a local long term care facility. what do you do?

tour -- cheeriokid is right. your images are using absolute positioning, and therefore will not display properly when the user's environment is not the same as yours. Use relative positioning and that will accomodate a larger audience.

I spoke with the parking lot attendant today. They have to vacate by mid May because they are going to start construction the last week of May.

I found out today from the parking manager on site that ground breaking will be in mid-June because they have a contract with the city to park patrons for fain fair at the beginnning of June.
