Traveling slower in fast lane? Look out

If you don't expect cops to enforce the speed limit, how do you expect them to enforce the left lane rules? However well meaning the rule is, I just don't see it working in practice.

Gov. Bush vetoes controversial road rage act

TALLAHASSEE -- Speeders take note: Cars moving at the legal speed limit do not have to get out of your way.

Saying speed should not replace caution, Gov. Jeb Bush on Thursday vetoed the "Road Rage Reduction Act" passed by the Legislature in mid-April.

The bill would have allowed police to cite drivers obeying the speed limit with a $60 ticket and three license points if they failed to move over for faster cars.
