Memphis: Twin 16 story condos

This project is on the southside of downtown Memphis. No renderings yet, but hopefully the design will be better than what has previously passed for modern architecture in Memphis.

"Riverside Towers Planned for Founders' Pointe

Six acres of vacant land near Founders' Pointe along Riverside Drive will soon be home to a new $90 million residential community. The development, tentatively called Riverside Towers, will include two 16-story twin high-rise condo towers, a four-story townhouse building, and a five-story parking garage.

The towers will contain 145 units each and the townhouse building will include 60 units. Amenities for the residents include a swimming pool, lake and a putting green.

This project is among many residential projects planned for the south end of Downtown. To date, 851 new residential units are either under construction or in the planning phase for this area."

Actually, if you go to www.downtownmemphis.com, and click on the "Current Projects" channel, you'll find several renderings. And I must say about them, very nice!
