Your thoughts on Columbia

^ That has been a problem in many SC cities, my hometown included. This state seems to have a knack to have the most NIMBYs I have ever seen. Most other states might have them, but nowhere near the same amount.

I think Columbia is serendipitous. It is also often overlooked and misunderstood. I think it needs to toot its own horn a little more, but not enough to risk losing its admirable quality of being unassuming.

I love Columbia, but I don't think you can say people are less focused on money than the rest of America. For better or for worse, this is a capitalist country that puts success and wealth on a pedestal. I'm not saying that is right, but I do believe it is true.
