I'm not sure if it is a prank but I guess it is because, I don't even see how FAA would even think of allowing this project but then again if it is a prank, that's alot of work for a prank and that picture is also on a miami real estate website on the front page and that Miami real estate website wants e-mails to know if you think it will ever happen.

It's not a prank, per se. From what I can gather it was a graphical artists showing off his skills and flare for architecture. Even if it had a developer on board, the odds of this happening would be slim to none. I do like the design.

I like the design of the park, and the building placement, but that's way too big. That makes all these grand new towers look puny and insignificant.

I agree, maybe if the tower was half that size, that would be better.

This could have very well been a final architecture project for a local college student. That's too much work to do, just for a prank.
