^^BB&T is a large bank that operates exclusively in the southern states of the US (and a few non like DC, Indiana, and maybe Kentukcy if you dont consider that south). So good chance you probably haven't heard of it.

oh, well they have defintly got a couple of good looking buildings.

It's obvious Charlotte's BBT Tower is the ugliest~~~

By the way, how has BBT managed to stay afloat, without being gobbled up by the big boys?

BB&T has managed to grow by a number of aquisitions on their own of other banks, investment firms, insurance companies, etc. They are very profitable and have extremely enviable customer service. They might not get swallowed up and end up with the big boys if trends continue.
