I saw that recently when I traveled through Boston. I didn't know that was a federal reserve!

Yes sir, all of the money transactions, etc. are handled at the lower levels and the top floors are all offices. The windows look strange because it has something to do with them adjusting to the different light levels at different times of day to save on HVAC costs, if I remember correctly.

This is one of my overall favorite buildings. It kind of reminds me of the WTC.

Its my faovrite to becasue I live in Richmond and its been there ever since I was born.Also my aunt works on the very top floor of it and I think it has some underground floors as well.
