Any guesses as to how different it will be from the original rendering at the start of the entire project?

I don't think it'll be too different. The biggest thing is it will be put in front of DRB.

Well, that's exciting to hear that the wheels are definitely moving on this. How long does a DRB approval last, before it would have to be submitted again?

By final phase, are you referring to the rest of phase 2 which is on the same side of River Street as the rest of Riverplace, phase 3 which is on the other side of River Street, or both?

I'm sorry, I meant the rest of Phase 2 that fronts the river.

Thanks. Do you know if it's Phil or Bob doing this phase? I imagine Allora is doing the design work again and it will be office/residential.

Its all Bob. The rest of the land on the river is his. And yup I would expect pretty much the same design and set up as the rest of the development.

Oobe has leased two floors at Riverplace for their HQ. Whatever happened to Markley Terrace?

Is Oobe moving into the unfinished building with the condos?  If so, will there be any space left once Sempra and Oobe move in?

Thats exactly who I was anticipating. Who knows what that means for Markley Terrace. My guess is dead in the water.

As for the Riverplace expansion who knows when that is going to happen. It looks like its at least a year off and all the planning is being done in a vacuum. My gut says phase three of ONE will be built before the rest of RiverPlace is completed.

I don't know what is up with Markley Terrace, but oobe has merged with an Atlanta-based firm that will absorb the oobe name.  The expanded company will remain headquartered in RiverPlace and a 1,000sf showroom will be added.
