I don't think it will be to much later. Robert Hughes said that they would like to build all three buildings at the same time if possible.

According to the horses mouth, construction will start in mid-late May if DRB approves everything at their next meeting and all of the permits come through fine.

No permits have been issued by the city yet.

Not sure but they're not definitely not alone. No permits have been filed for Home 2 Suites, Stadium Apartments, Markley Row, Lofts at Stone and Rowley, Haywood Mall renovation, and hotel at Rivers Edge which were all supposed to start construction in May or sooner.

I doubt it. Embassy Suites is being proposed by experienced developers (Hughes and Windsor Aughtry) while the Pinnacle on Main was proposed by a local architect with no development experience.

I do not... I just saw it was no longer under contract which made me assume it was dead. Im pretty sure there was still some issues with parking when it was approved.

There is equipment on site but I think it just might be for Rivers Edge.

I saw that to. Looks like it was a piece of drilling equipment.

Still no site grading permit for this or any other downtown project that was supposed to have started construction by now and hasn't.

There are now survey stakes next to the Terrace building.
