I believe all of the retail spaces are full. I can’t think of any empty ones.

Cool-- I wasn't sure about the spaces under the Embassy Suites, the expensive newer condo building, or the previous women's boutiques along Falls Park Drive.

Oh wait...the one underneath Embassy Suites is empty. I’m not sure about the condo building. The previous women’s boutique is now an ink/pen shop.

Unfortunately Freehub Bicycles has closed their location here. They were in the same unit that Pedal Chic had originally been in. There is something going into the unit next to that one but i haven't been able to find out what it is.

Yeah,  I was hoping for some more interesting retail there, what a great spot.  Chase is making a push to add branches and they got a great location there.

At least 7 on Main was lit up and going after 6 pm. Banks are shut off the lights and lock the door at 5 or 6pm. Not what a vibrant part of town needs.

I'm very excited about this! I hope they have tables outside and generate activity in a way that the blues club has never really done.

The splash pad work finally got underway this week. The concrete has been removed. I'm not sure of the timeline for this work to be complete, but I'm ready for this portion of the fountain to be up and running again.
