Who will it be?

What department stores are likely to anchor the new open air malls/lifestyle centers in Hendersonville and Gallatin? With Dillards, Hecht's/Macy's, Sears and JCPenney already operating in Rivergate and a second Sears in Hendersonville itself, these stores seem unlikely anchors. Could Sumner County see a Nordstrom?
